Awful management! Wouldn't cash a check with my name on it. Kept saying they couldn't do anything. I am a member but they refused. Will never go back to this branch.

I called the Hemby lane location and my call was rolled over to this location; Someone named Conitra or Shanitra (she said her name so fast when she answered the phone I could not understand her) answered and I could tell from her voice that she must was having a bad day or something. I informed her of why I was calling and before I could finish she cut me off and said that we dont do that over the phone anymore and I asked her when this stopped and she kept saying we dont do that anymore over the phone. I informed her that I had did this two weeks ago and she cut me off and said what branch did you do it at and I informed her the Hemby lane and she said hold please. Next thing I know I got Phillip at the Hemby lane location. She didnt inform me that she was transferring me back or anything.I work in a doctor office and I answer phone also; I know that working with the public can be a handful sometimes. I would like for someone to check on her and make sure she is ok and speak to her about her phone etiquette.

Incompetent. I put in a request for new debit card but it was never done. Not appreciated. I was waiting for something that was not in the process of happening until I called Member service. Go to the one on Hembly Ln.

Was good at first. But everytime I seem to actually have money they mess up in the worst ways. Got my stimulus check and deposited it, they revoke it and send me into 1000$ debt and I have to go back and forth with them to give me all my money back and not be in debt. Now someone got access to my bank account, spent nearly 1000$ on ubers, I’ve never used uber at all, and instead of calling to ask if it was me they approved the transactions and allowed it, when I tried to call to freeze my accounts they hung up on me after already waiting for what felt like 20 minutes and made me wait another 10-15 minutes. I hope I can get all my money back that they lost because if not I’m going to be struggling with rent. I can’t believe they didn’t even call me but places like truist are lock tight about every little transaction.

This bank closes at every single chance they get. It's Christmas Eve today, and all my co-workers banks are open til at least 12, some even til 2...SECU? not a chance. They'd be closed for Groundhog Day if they could get away with it.
