Terrible customer service. Joe answered the phone and was very condescending and rude. When we asked to speak with the manager or VP, he would not allow us to speak to one.Update: Jeff, the manager, did call us and was very pleasant.

I do not know the lady’s name, but she usually works the window. She is ALWAYS pleasant and greets you with the most professional manner! I’m here at least once a month and she makes my day.

I visited this location about a week ago and I should have not. I have been banking with with State Employees for 7 years they are a great bank it was just the treatment I had received that day from the rep that was helping me. No questions were asked no eye contact the whole time I was in his office. He didn't even care to ask about my situation and did not even go beyond to see if he could help me. His exact words I know my manager is going to say no but let me take it to him any way. I work in the finance field and I know exactly how things work this was unacceptable and mad me feel like I was a nobody made me feel less of a person THIS IS NOT OKAY. WILL NOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BUT WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

Absolutely amazing banking experience. The tellers are excellent, as well as the front desk workers. If you are coming in to speak to an advisor, Mikaela is trustworthy, and reputable and will help you with all of your financial needs.?

The employees here are quick, efficient, and extremely nice! I have never walked into a financial institution and felt so welcomed! If I could give 10 stars I would!! They take their positions seriously and are proficient!

The best State Employee’s branch I’ve ever been to. I usually don’t write reviews but felt it was needed for this. As soon as I walked in the door I felt very welcomed, unlike my home branch where I despise going in due to the poor customer service. Teller Hunter Askew was extremely polite and efficiently helped my boyfriend and I with what we needed. We will continue to return to this branch. Thanks Hunter!

Branch Manager Jeff has the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank in my entire life.He kept calling me the wrong name and interrupted me the entire time during our talk over the phone. Once I asked to at least be respected and get my complete sentence out, he began laughing. I repeatedly asked him questions afterwards and he wouldn’t respond AT ALL. I would have to say “hello, did you hear me?” and he would answer with a laugh and ask “May I speak now?” He did that THREE TIMES IN A ROW. Gaslighting me when all I ask was to not be talked over. Completely absurd and uncalled for.

Hunter the bank teller is rude and disrespectful well tried to and then call himself being nice on the end of the conversation, I have plans on dealing with not branch Hemby Lane will no longer be a Permanent place for business

I was in this Bank location today and I overheard Rosa m Tyson, Matt, and Jody beamon making rude comments about a customer. They were doing it so loud that it Echo throughout the whole Bank. This type of Behavior seems to be the norm their.

Terrible experience with M. Jones...they do not communicate with you...then go into your account and make unauthorized changes..etc...Absolutely horrendous!!
