Staff are friendly enough but you will get charged for any and everything, some charges are avoidable but you do not know that until the money is taken from your account. Even then to avoid it happening again, there is little next to no assistance from staff who appear to be very hands off for the most part.

Terrible ? old fashioned and slow service when it comes to needing anything right away this is a no go online service is VERY BASIC no response to your online messages and no ability to do anything over the phone on weekends AT ALL if you move away from the area LEAVE THE BANK they do not care to service your needs unless you come to them

Telco Credit Union is able to handle all of your banking needs. They are always pleasant to deal with and have been my go to for some impressive CD rates, and they are usually strong in the competition for auto loan rates. I'd fully recommend Angie Harris the branch manager, or the rest of the staff, as they are without a doubt world class. If you are looking for a positive institution that will want to get to know and help you as a person and with your finances, this is one of your better options.

I open a checking account 3 months ago never received my bank every time I call too check on my card I was told it take 10 DAY'S too receive my card that was 4 month. Now call today 12/31/19 and still NO CARD. slow to return your calls

The telco self service is horrible every month I drive up to make a payment and its ALWAYS an issue with the machine messing up. It's awful!

Worst bank ever! Manager catch a nasty attitude with you . i asked them to dispute a transaction on my account that wasnt authorized and i was told i will have to do that my self. Its not there problem. I tried to explain that they will have to dispute it . i was told its your account , its your problem not ours. Dont ask for over draft bounce shield. They will rip you off and try to keep you in the negatives. I asked for a manger to call me back in reguards to my concerns its been 3weeks in counting and havent received one returned phone call . unprofessional and disrespectful staff . they all need to be replaced
