“Excellent 10/10 service. Eric is nothing short of amazing. He has saved me two times! I’ve had a nail in my tire two separate times and came across master tire on google due to “closest location”. I spoke with Eric and he was very quick to respond. He met me wherever my car was located, took the damaged tire off my car back to his shop to fix , where he later returned to put it back on my car-not once but twice! Just AMAZNG!!! “I took my daughter’s car to Brileys because she was hearing a faint popping sound sometimes when she would turn. They checked the cv axles, ball joints, tie rods, rack and pinion and everything else that it could be after driving it a couple time to finally duplicate the sounds. They said they found nothing wrong with any of the above or any other suspension or steering components. They kept the car all day which was fine because we dropped it off, and drove it 2 or 3 times to try to find a problem. They put it on the lift and inspected everything and found there was no noticeable issue at this time. When Chance called me and told me it was perfectly safe to drive, and to let them know if we continue to hear anything unusual or it get worse to bring it back and they will check it again, I expected to hear the cost. After all that, I was told that there was no charge. This is why I continue to go to Brileys and support a business who does not try to make needless repairs just to get money out of people. I’ve always trusted them and will continue to and give them my business. Thank you guys!”

Ricky was extremely understanding and helpful. My son was in and out within 30 minutes. I am a retired high school teacher and coach living in Winston Salem who now works at an honest, family owned local tire and automotive shop. My son was very fortunate to have Ricky and his staff take such good care of him when he was in need today. I really appreciate what they did. Almost every other car shop I’ve been to I’ve been talked to like a was beneath the person working there or scolded for not understanding certain things pertaining to my car.
