Total Nutrition is the go to place for all of my supplement needs. They have what I need for my fitness goals, and always share details about the products I purchase which makes me confident I’m not using a product with no quality. Make sure to ask for Ivan, he has the knowledge and experience relating to fitness similar to my goals which really makes me feel confident in buying.

I have been shopping here for a few years and have never been disappointed once. Cody the GM and all other employees are very knowledgeable about every product they sell in the store. All team members are also very passionate about making sure they answer all your questions and getting you set up with the right supplements to help meet your fitness goals. Wow! Where to start with these fellas. I met Austin Beverley years ago the first month he opened and have always been treated so welcomely and with respect since Cody started managing the store in 2018. I would highly recommend them as your local nutrition store and shame on the fake reviews being put out there about this amazing small town business.

At the end of the day its our responsibility to do our homework on each supplement but it’s definitely comforting when employees or owners understand what they sell.
