All I have to say is if your going to LOCK the doors of your bank, leaving people no option but the drive through, then refuse to help a person in the drive through because they are on a bike ?! Please let me and anyone else needing to do business with your bank that doesn’t have a ? car. What the hell are we supposed to do? If the doors locked and your to good for people that ride a bike ? n your drive through. Find another bank?

Was easy enough for me to get me a business checking account going. Only took about 15 minutes of my time and that was years ago, never had any complaints with their services since. There is a banking app which allows for remote deposit of checks but you must wait, if I recall correctly, approximately 30-60 days before you're able to utilize the remote deposit functionality. After that, it's golden. Worked like a charm every time I used it. No complaints with the bank or its friendly reps.

Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. My relationship with Union Bank goes back 12 years. I use Wes Barnes and Geoff Sands for commercial and Eddie Brooks for residential lending. The entire staff is warm, friendly and considerate. I highly recommend this bank.
