I have YET to go in this location and be disappointed OR receive poor customer service. Always polite, moving as fast as they possibly can, AND helping me organize the mess of packages I usually come in with. Audrey/Andrea was THE BEST last Thursday! Saved me so much time and stress! Will be returning again!

Fast and courteous service. Even while they were busy, I was able to drop off Amazon returns and get documents notarized and mailed in less than 10 min.

This is the absolute freaking worse post office in Greenville. An antire office full of women with attitudes that do not want to help loyal customers with their packages. When you call about a package they place you on hold and hang up, even after asking to speak with the post master they refuse your request.

You can not get ahold of anyone absolutely the worst uos store even after the driver delivers 600$ worth of stuff to the wrong place and let's the wrong person sign for it.

Came in for an interview awhile back. I guess me being eager to be hired was a downside, apparently the manager told the worker that she only called me in for an interview because I was "annoying" and she just wanted to waste my time. All I did was follow up with a call when they told me they were interested in me. When I walked in I said I was here for an interview and waited about 10 mins. After waiting I was told that the position had been filled. Simply telling me that they werent interested beforehand would've sufficed. I have a good job now but just looking back and stopping through Greenville made me remember what happened. Extremely unprofessional and manangement should be investigated.

Terrible customer service and attitude. Told misinformation twice about when the notary would be there and they weren't there. Little clue to the owners, if you offer services the hours for those services should be clearly listed.

I entered the UPS Store knowing that they advertise pack and ship service. I needed to ship a trunk full of collectible items from my deceased parents house. Some of which were 30-40 years old and some were hand made. I was assured that the items would be packed very well as there was a $30 materials charge to my total bill. What I got was about 5 sections of bubble wrap and about 1/2 a dozen handfuls of packing peanuts. Needless to say, I received a very damaged trunk with broken glass and a music box in so many pieces, it can never be repaired. Items with scratches on them that were in very good condition prior to my leaving them with the employees at the Store. The trunk looks like it was dropped more than once and one of the trunk clasps is bent so much, that to try to straighten it would assuredly break it even more.
