Came in to ask 3 simple questions, Waited an hour and a half while the sales manager stood around checking people in like it was a restaurant. No triage. Eventually when the "Maître D" ran out of of people to queue up and after guaranteeing me that I would be the next person seen, he went to hide in the back rather than try to help anyone. Eventually got my questions answered.If you can call customer service, do so. Staff here were only interested in new sales.Went down the road to a competitor and was helped immediately. Will be terminating service.

Terrible terrible customer service! Every time I go in the store the employees are very rude. They give you the wrong information and act like they don’t even want you there as a customer. Will never go here again. I’ll just stick to the US Cellular in Winterville, they always have excellent customer service! Never have I ever experienced bad customer service there.

I’ve always had a courtesy associate… there is a person or two I would not want to deal with, but other than that, wait time has never been long for me. I like the location.

Needed help with a minor repair. They gave great advice, and answered a lot of our random questions. Very pleasant and helpful. Several associates pitched in. Been a USC customer for a long time and will continue.

The limes were long but they managed to handle everyone's questions, concerns and purchases quickly and professionally!! Charles was AMAZING!! He was personable and really connected with my wife and I, in the short time we were there. Thank you US Cellular for getting us in and out without rushing us.

If I could give zero stars I would, was there on Sunday and I was told that we didn’t qualify for the $700, that we would need to trade in our phone and could only get a Samsung. 30mins later another USCellular store, didn’t need to trade in the phone, qualified for the $700 and could get an iPhone. Don’t just trust one store, this was eye opening and honestly keep your wits when wanting a new phone.

Phone was not charging. The staff cleaned the port and it is fine. I purchased wireless chargers for home and car, and am very happy.

Told me it would be a certain price and it was exactly what I needed, the bill ended up being $50 more a month then told, which doesnt seem like a lot but when you got a million other bills it adds up and it hurts financially. When you run a business be upfront and tell them the correct price, if you dont know the price then dont be in business. They do not stand by their product and they refuse to make it right, they just do anything to scam you into their service

We were trying to find a cell service that would be less than $100 a month due to budget, and was told for the two lines after all taxes and fees and discounts would be right at the $100 mark, but for the first 2-3 months would be up and down which it was did. It’s been around 6 months now and after it leveled out my monthly payment ended up being 150$ a month instead. The sales rep tried hard to make it $100, but customer service and the sales team in store just keep saying there is no way it would be that low. I would have never of gotten these phones if I was going to waste that much money a month. I don’t even use it, it’s just for emergencies and I’m stuck in a 3 year “contract” that we can’t afford until the phones are paid off.

I needed a new phone, called for info & Angela helped me on the phone & when I went in & she was awesome! Very personable, knew her stuff about everything I needed! I highly recommend this store & if you can't get Angela, Charles is equally great. I've worked with him before & he fixed a problem another agent hadn't been able to with ease. They have great selection, very clean and neat store with dividers, and I would definitely go see them! ????

I really was impressed with the Consultant who helped me. My Phone was locked up. It said Emergency UseOnly for 911. ConsultantCleared Out of ALL the JUNK IN phone. That was6 Years of Junk. He explained what he had done. When I get ready to get a NEW ONE. I will have him help me pick a Phone..

I Absolutely loved my experience with US CELLULAR today...Ms. Karyen was Very friendly and helpful..including helping me to pick out a very nice phone with a lot of my favorite features...this staff person was absolutely amazing..."SPECIAL THANKS TO US CELLULAR" PS..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND US CELLUAR FOR ALL OF YOUR CELL PHONE NERDS ??
