“Total Nutrition is a well-stocked local shop with a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. The owner is very knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations and even gave me a sample to ensure i found the right product. I’m happy with the pre-workout I purchased and would recommend this spot to anyone.”

“Brenton is a amazing worker. The first time I’ve ever been into a GNC or type of place like that where a staff actually knows anything. Most the time they are clueless and just sit there on the phone. This is definitely an amazing worker who knows a lot about the products and cares for what he does. He helps people and explains stuff if they don’t understand. Please give him a raise or something. I loved my visit today.”
