This is by far the worst and slowest location ever especially the male tellers. Not to mention They placed a hold on my deposit that I deposited friday its now tuesday. My family member made a large deposit at BANK OF AMERICA and it cleared the very next day. Trust and believe when my money clears im leaving this bank.

MONDAY MORNING I WILL BE TAKING ALL OF MY MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK! WOKE UP SATURDAY MORNING MY ACCOUNT WAS -400 WHEN IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN! TODAY I AM NOW MISSING $50 OUT OF ANOTHER ACCOUNT!

ATM literally never is accepting cash. It’s ridiculous that it is always like that. I’m a server and need to be able to deposit cash whenever. It is so frustrating that I cannot put money into my account on the weekends because you guys won’t fix this problem.

I absolutely hate this bank. I would never recommend it to anyone! If I could give 0 stars I would. As most people I am obviously struggling financially especially in this economy with a newborn. I deposited a school check with WF on Monday before 9pm. On Tuesday, I called the physical bank to confirm that my check was deposited. The teller confirmed my check was received, I had received $200 of my check & the rest will be deposited after 24 hours. I woke up Wednesday without money in my account so I called customer service & was told that they are holding my money until the following Tuesday! In the exact words of the teller, the check funds could be available before the 15 but WF the company itself will not allow me access to that money until the 15th. Basically WF will had been have the funds for my check, as we all know them checks barely take 2 days to have funds BUT WF will not give me my money until the 15th. So I’m being robbed by my own bank with barely any money for a whole week and half while raising my newborn. I took names of all the employees I spoke to, I contacted the BBB as well because apparently they have a reputation and I will not be with this bank once I have my money. It’s better banks, please don’t waste your time here. Also keep in mind one of the people I spoke to says “if the money is not there on the 15th, call us back so we can figure out the problem.” So it’s a probability I still won’t have my money after a week and half.

Had lots of money in the account. Was with them since 2000. Have never asked to have a fee waived (about $30.00). They wouldn’t do it, and didn’t try to mention how long I had been with them or even get a manager. After I said let’s close all the accounts (and multiple monthly direct deposits to their bank) she just closed the accounts. Ha! Foolishness. Maybe she was having a bad day or upset her “office” is merely a desk in a big area with others. Maybe because she’s mainly there to assist with Spanish-speaking clientele? Either way, I left WF that day in 2022 with lots of money in my hands (cash, multiple cashiers’ checks): all because they wouldn’t waive a fee. Avoid the rudeness at this place and stick with no fee (and no cost for checks) solutions like at SECU.

Waited 15 minutes for a banker to speak with and she rudely went and assisted someone who just walked up and sat down. She never looked at me or asked me if I needed assistance. She just completely ignored me. Not one to make a big scene, I'll just bring my business elsewhere.

The local staff can only offer little phone assistance. They insist you visit the bank lobby or call 800. Unless you have an appointment bank business wait can be long. Email follow up is poor. Most business is referred out to 800 number. Much staff turnover so new person usually has to get assistance which takes extra time. I get less direct help locally at Wells Fargo than any other bank and I'm told I'm VIP customer. Unreal. Service csn be very time consuming .
