Respect to kami for doing a good job on an audit where a guy tried to poke and poke and didn't get his way. Dude only showed she respected his rights, while his supposed interaction was to see if they respected rights to film in public. When he saw she was respecting 1st amendment he tried to make it go south.

Don’t expect them to pick up a package even when you pay for the label and schedule a pick up. My pick up was ignored and I was forced to carry a large 31lb box into the store to ship. Everyone here just seems lazy.

I liked to thank the post master and the employees that work at Grifton, nc and the employee from Fayetteville, nc post office for handling and care of my live birds the employees go above and beyond to make sure my birds are delivered safely...Thank you to all Grifton employees and Fayetteville mail delivery man you guys are the best ! Irate Kami Foss needs to check her ego! How she acted towards a citizen on a youtube video I saw was absolutely unacceptable! YOU ARE A PUBLIC SERVANT MAM! Act accordingly. She doesn't understand shes part of a federal system. Its too bad Grifton is being represented by her worldwide! Im sure the majority of the citizens there are great, just like the rest of NC which I love! But Kami Foss doesn't make "HER OFFICE" look very good with how she treated a member of the public investigating allegations of poor service and dereliction of duty.

Horrible customer service! Every time I go in to send a package the man behind the counter acts like I'm causing him problems and wants me to basically do his job for him. I haven't been here in months because of his attitude and have to drive all the way out to Kinston to mail anything now.

Whoever the lady was that was manning the counter this afternoon (Friday) was either in a foul mood or just has a terrible overall disposition. She literally chastised me about the packaging I was using and then wasn’t at all helpful when I was trying to repackage the item. All I wanted to do was use your scissors and a piece of tape, lady.

The Official in charge kami is disrespectful and condicending to the public. Does not take criticism well , especially when it pertains to how packages are delivered. She likes to think it's "Her" post office and she can run it any way she wants. Very Confrontational. Poor leadership. This office needs to be inspected by the postal authorities and put in check.

Absolutely terrible how they treat people and have a terrible attitude towards their customers. The lady was very rude and acted like she was bothered by us sending our mail priority.

Constantly missing packages! They either deliver them to the wrong address which I know because I have to bring a neighbor their package at least once a month or the package gets marked delivered and no one has any idea where it is. I would not be surprised if the workers are holding on to select items. When you call to inquire the woman that answers is dismissive and rude. I honestly do not get why. You get paid to do your job, you should actually do it. It’s not a favor to look in to something for a customer, the customers are the reason you have a job and you should treat them as such! I am never rude when I call and I try my best to be patient as I understand they deal with a lot of people but there are plenty of other post offices in much busier, higher populated areas that can maintain their professionalism and consistency in service. Please be kinder to your clients!
