So this apartment management padlocks and holds tenant stuff when they die. So the love ones are suppose to pay ransom to get property from unit. The tenants rent was paid up.There requesting rest of lease be paid before getting stuff. Even after loved one showed death certificate. Very greedy management

The manager shows favoritism amongst applicants. They don't take who put in first or who is next in line.
