“First time visitor/client of Dellinger's. I recently went in and asked for a quote to have my Australian opal set into a pendant. The salespeople were very kind and patient when discussing my options. I ended up going with a rabbit ear six prong setting in 14k. I called to check in on their progress and to specify that I wanted claw prongs, and the person I spoke with was very courteous with updating me and adding that note to my order. My pendant turned out beautiful! It is very sturdy, but still delicate. They also cleaned my ring for me when I picked up the pendant. I'm old school. I appreciate it when a jeweler gives customers a complimentary ring cleaning, and I enjoyed great service here overall. Recommended.”

“This store has a large assortment of merchandise, making it interesting to visit. I like the sales they have on one group of goods each week. I always buy floral items here, when on sale, to put on my parents' grave. Last year, I bought Christmas gifts from here, rather than fight the crowd at Walmart. The Shelby, N.C. store had a good assortment of craft style toys. Employees are so helpful, too.I love this store!”

“Let me start by saying my experience with Erika Stover was phenomenal. I have no experience with earrings and my daughter decided to get her ears pierced at another Claire's location. Well, we were having problems when it came time to change out my daughter's earrings. My daughter was crying anytime my family members tried putting in her earrings, but when we came here Erika helped change out my daughter's earrings and had no problems. She is very knowledgeable with the whole process and made my daughter so comfortable I cannot thank her enough. She even helped us pick out a pair of earrings that would make it easier for the healing process so that my daughter could still have room for her swollen earlobe to make it easier to clean as well. I also left my daughter's jewelry box here and she made sure to keep it safe and even reached out to me to let me know I left it there. This woman is amazing and I cannot thank her enough.”
