“Some folks working at counter and some USPS workers at other jobs are stellar at customer and overall service, some are not.
A couple days ago someone at this post office changed a package from Amazon from delivery to pickup, hmm..
The USPS has been one of the great things about this country, and it needs to be with this country into the future. There are some times when an improvement is needed... I recently had packages sent via USPS Ground, and you can see in the photos how they treated my packages like dodge balls. Anyway, back to where I started, there are some stellar people working in the USPS,”
