After an extended time with insurance adjuster going to Floyd’s twice, and getting the news of total loss, Tammie kept me “centered” with information and great communication every step of the way. I decided not to get my car repaired which was a process in itself. Five stars is not justified for Floyd’s Body Shop.. more like 25!”
