To be honest I wouldn't know what their food tastes like nor what their atmosphere is like because when you go there the line is long and a forever Wait then at 10 minutes till 10:00 they're closed. But at the same time guy walks out the back door and I asked what time they close at 10 minutes till 10:00 and he tells me right to my face that they don't close till 10:00!

Do not stop and order food at this Hardee's location, I tried the drive through service and was told to pull around to the front and someone would bring my order out. There were 2 other cars ahead of me already waiting, so we waited and waited and waited some more . Now I had 2 cars behind me waiting.I finally got out and went in and asked about my order, they checked 5 orders sitting on the counter, found it and gave to me. By this time the other people were getting out and coming in and complaining about the service. I left and will never go back to this location. My chicken sandwich was cold and very greasy. What happened to the fast food industry since COVID. NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO MANNAGE THEM ANY MORE, AND THE EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE THEIR JOB IS JUST A WAY TO GET MONEY BY RIDDING THE CLOCK AND NOT BEING PRODUCTIVE. ITS REALLY SAD BUT ITS NOT THEIR FAULT. ITS MANNAGEMENT, TRAINING, AND POLICY . GET IT TOGATHER HARDEES AND OTHERS ,BECAUSE THE SHIP IS SINKING FAST.

I get a big hot ham and cheese from this location all the time. Ordered one today and they gave me a regular hot ham and cheese. I took it back in and showed them so they could make me another one.They said they were out of big buns. It had the meat for a regular one not big one. They gave me another regular hot ham and cheese, and told me it was a big hot ham and cheese. Last time. I'll eat there.

I ordered hand breaded wraps and they took chicken nuggets or bites and stuffed my wrap with it instead of chicken strip thinking about calling corporate.

Hardee's in hamlet needs health department to check them out!! I was very disappointed in my breakfast platter I ordered in drive thru..When I opened bag & platter it contained several long black hairs.I think it should be mandatory that they all wear hair nets upon their heads..I'm sure nobody's wants eat food with somebody's dang hair in it!!!I will not be going back to this Hardee's anytime!I advise anybody else to DON'T GO THERE !for your own safety!

If I could give less than one star I would the cashier in the drive thru looks like she doesn't give a damn about her job and the food is cold as hell came through drive thru at 6 a.m. how is everything cold and the biscuits are measly and hard like a hockey puck very disappointed won't be back for a while.

The food was tasty. Most of the staff are usually friendly and professional. However, some of the staff appear to need more training, patience, and professionalism when taking orders at the drive-thru. A customer has the right to ask questions and should not receive responses in a sarcastic manner. Furthermore, staff should take the time to get a clear understanding of the customer questions and order. Not respond in a hasty manner. It is rude and makes customers feel unappreciated and contemplating about purchasing food. Overall, the food is good and the only reason I chose to purchase the order. Staff, not all of them, need more training. By not knowing who is taking the order, it leaves a customer questioning all staff.
