It is utterly ridiculous and unbelievable what this place charges as well as the condition of their trucks. There was one fee/charge after another. I know GREED when I see it. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. What an outrage! For two days I paid $800 not including the "nonrefundable" $400 deposit in addition to another $260 for using the truck an extra "1/2" day.

Uhaul Rental: I scheduled a Uhaul online from this location and the 24/7 app would not work. Rick showed up on his day off to help me with the issues. This saved me a ton of time and fixed all my issues. Superb customer service! Highly recommend!

Anybody that have a storage there in Hamlet NC needs to go check your storage to be sure that none of your items are stolen by the owners. I had to file a police report today 6-23-2018 because they changed my lock and stole my 78 inch tv and apple lap top. So I am advising everyone that have a storage there to check your items and move it to another storage. I rented storage 36 and they lied to the officer that they didn't change locks but the owner Rick came and unlocked it with his key. I hate I had to give a one star because you don't do your customers and steal when you are thinking your items are being secured. But I will be pressing charges against Rick and he had the odesity to say they don't have insurance on their storage units. This is a terrible storage to rent from a bery angry customer right now!!!!
