I am a fixed wireless customer and have been having problems for 9 days since 08/27/23. The tower experienced a power outage and when it came back my 25/3 service became 5/1 service. I have called multiple times, been lied to multiple times but my service is still not fixed and it is 09/05/23. Riverstreet customer service is a joke. Being lied to and strung along by any company is unacceptable. Companies like Riverstreet know that people in rural communities have few choices when it comes to an ISP, so they feel as though they can give a bottom of the barrel service knowing most customers will continue to pay. I refuse to accept that. I rather not have Internet than to allow any company to give such subpar service.Edit: Was told that if I am unhappy with current service then they would be happy to disconnect our service. That speaks volumes louder than any criticism I could addm All I wanted is for my service to work the way it did prior to 08/27. That's all.Paul P.

Worst internet service I’ve ever paid for in my life. My WiFi goes out daily and cannot get a service technician to ever come check. Gonna cancel as soon as I can!!! Terrible service

Every time it rains even just the slightest drizzle it knocks our internet out. I think they should also provide weekend services! My internet has been out all day, and it’s sunny out. Ugh! It happens too often.

Excellent radio, video, alarm, an Internet service. They have changed a lot of stuff in the way billing and service is done. The front office is closed. You have to pay your bill online for the time being. It is still the same as of now. Hopefully soon to be better and easier.

We been on a waiting list for almost 7 months. I never in my life seen people conduct business the way they do and they came highly recommended. I’m not gonna continue calling them only to hear yes your still on the waiting list or we don’t no when we’re coming to hamer again.

Okay so we have had them anywhere from 10 to 12 years and have not had very many issues even when they raised their prices however ? my service along with many others has been out over a week we can't get anything done they can't tell us when they will fix it my child can't do her school work They should have never taken on so many new clients if they didn't have the man power to send out to repair issues because they knew ahead of time there equipment breaks easily with lighting and storms so aggravated ? and sure hope they don't except me to pay for this whole time my internet has been out because that is not happening. Good company as long as your equipment don't break if it does your looking at weeks without service.
