“After being rearended, my car needed some work. Classic Collision was great! I came in, they looked at it, and I scheduled an appointment. They took care of everything and made it so easy for me! The work was done well, and I would highly recommend them.”
“My daughter had gotten into an accident That wasn't her fault and had a dent that had to be fixed.The fix was flawless! These guys did a great job.They're also going to be painting the roof of my truck.They're easy to talk to.They make you feel like a very important customer. They had a quote within a reasonable amount of time, Unlike other companies having to call over and over again and chase just for them to write up a quote. The quote they gave was very detailed in every line Item, how many hours of labor and everything I had no questions from the quote. They will be my go to for any dents or anything in the future Hopefully not though. The quote was very reasonable to do The roof of my truck which had de lamination From the sun and there's no way to fix it Other than painting. Thank you for being a great small business.You get five stars!!
I'm updating this review as of November 25th 2025. I had a problem where the seal went bad on my third light. No fault to them.I called them and asked them if I could bring it in.And they fix it for me, no problem, no questions asked another reason why I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any aesthetic problems.”

“By far the best place i’ve ever been to. I was recently involved in a hit and run and had marks all over my car. Not only were they so kind, but they got rid of ALL THE MARKS on my car for an incredible cost. They even gave me a free wash AND delivered my car to my work also for free. They will forever have my business and I will only refer them!! Wilmington Auto Detail is AMAZING!!”
“This carwash has a small, hot waiting room inside or you can sit outside on uncomfortable seats in an unshaded area of the parking lot. Neither choice is ideal. On the upside, the various employees who clean the cars were all very respectful and polite. They also seemed like hard-working people. So the staff gets two thumbs up, but the facility itself could use some upgrades.Cruisers has been at this locations for years. Can they not afford a shaded canopy outside for guests? On the other hand, good job on your current staff. Please continue hiring quality employees as not all businesses prioritize this.”

“I was shocked at how great my car looks! I never imagined it would look this good. We went for an interior/exterior detail, which is amazing. Although, we opted to get ceramic coating, which I can not even describe how much it was worth it! My car seriously looks like a brand new 2025 car off a dealership lot. I am still in shock as I write this. I could never recommend them enough. They are a 15/10!!”

“A big thanks to the proactive and kind crew here — especially Hayden! After my wash, I pulled into a vacuum spot where one of the hoses had snapped in half, so I used the one on the right instead. Before I could even look up from cleaning to say thank you, Hayden had already come over with a step ladder and swapped the hose for a brand-new one — all without me asking or needing to move. Super kind, attentive, and impressive initiative. Great service all around!”
