Attendant told me of I buy 2 zynn cans there would be a discount roughly aroun $10. Total came up to almost $13. Didn’t offer a refund and told me if I “came to her store” in Holly Ridge they have the promotion. No offer of refund. Reckon I’ll stick to gogas

I made a run for booze for some friends, got there 15 minutes before 2am, and I waited until 2am, and nobody came to check my ID. Nobody seemed to be there. Someone was sleeping in their car parked at the front entrance, I'm wondering if that was the worker on shift? Imagine if somebody wanted to rob the place. Well, I left empty handed, tough experience, drove there for nothing.

Went to the local Circle K for the $.40 disco per gallon of fuel from 4-7pm. I have a texts and emails saying that fuel from 4-7pm will have a disco of $.40 per gallon of fuel. Pumped at 4:08 but there was no disco. I asked 2 different employees why the .40 was not applied, all they could say is that it never switched prices. 12 minutes after I pumped at 4:20 the prices finally changed. To my frustration, both employees and the manager, by way of phone, said they will not honor the discount... all claiming dis-responsibility. I explained to all 3 that I had done exactly what the Text and Email from Circle K said and yet they doubled down that it wasn't their fault nor will they do anything about it. I accept it wasn't their fault but to not offer a disco, refund or a store credit?
So everyone who followed Circle K's instructions correctly before price changed 20 minutes late will not be receiving the promised $.40 a gallon disco. This is not only poor customer service but poor management.

Their restroom is one of the worst I've seen! Especially for a newer gas station. Hasn't been cleaned for a while.

They have the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve ever seen pee all over the floor haven’t been cleaned in god noes how long just the smell alone will make you sick

I go here a lot because it’s convenient; no other reason. Their ice machine has been consistently broken (one time for weeks in a row). They have run out of different sized cups (coffee and fountain drink cups) too often. I’ll continue to go back, but keep my expectations low. On a positive side, I like the staff.

Let's start this review with the issues and then build into all the good stuff. I drink diet soda normally, there's just too many calories if you drink more than one or two a day, and I do. This is the first time I've been in a gas station that was out of almost all diet drinks. I was literally shocked. I found one diet doctor pepper. Circle K is known for having clean stores, including their bathrooms. It wasn't dirty or unsanitary by any means, but it wasn't the normal spotless, well stocked Circle K I'm used to. They were slammed, and I think I saw a restocking truck pull in as I pulled out. It might have been just bad timing all the way around. It does happen. Circle K has spoiled me. That's why four ? and not five. Sorry, I thought I took photos either. I didn't, or it's in one of my galleries and pop up sooner or later. Thank you for responding to my review. It does matter that you took the time to send my concerns up the food chain. Next time I pop in for a diet coke, I have a feeling you will have it in stock.
