1 sweet cashier took care of most all of the customers for an extended amount of time, while what seemed to be a manager, along with a tall late teen/early twenties fella that had, had a loaded stock cart he pulled out onto the isled floored, as if about to stock shelves, then left it abandoned, then both disappeared. Their break room conversation could be heard by all, as the separating wall doesn’t go to the bldgs ceiling. Was looking for a specific size & color item, many empty tags & hangers where the many variations of product should have been hanging, but only 1 size & color remained. I, almost out of their brand, as I’d just left home from using the specific DG size & color that I was wanting to buy more of, & I had just read the empty tags for them, wondering if they been ordered & were waiting to be restocked, from on the trolly.
The mgr told the cashier, when the cashier went to break room to inquire on my behalf, the small tan ones are all we have, that’s it. She did not confirm what I already knew, that they were supposed to carry them, all of the pegs were just empty, whether they had been re-ordered, whether she would make sure at that time to go ahead and get them ordered being notified that they were currently empty and out, if they had been received and were in the store waiting to be restocked, or if they were even going to come in eventually. Seemed to not want the business or the sale. Sad occurrence and will not be back.

The older woman with short hair who works the cashier was very rude. Not only did she ignore the guy waiting in line until he said something, but I went to return a package to fedex for the first time not knowing it needed to be sealed first. Instead of letting me know politely she immediately became very irate, rudely telling me what I SHOULD have done before coming here because “she wasn’t going to do it for me”. Literally all I said was “hey I need to return a package!” I was honestly speechless and just walked out. Will not be going back.

Lots of home decor items- frames, blankets, kitchen and bathroom towels, hampers, soap dispensers, etc. Also has gift bags, tissue paper, craft supplies, cups, reusable water bottles, soaps and other toiletries, nail polish, makeup, earphones/ear buds, small toys, seasonal decor, snacks, non perishable food, socks, t-shirts, and more.

Deeply saddened by my visit today. Upon walking in on 3/18 around 3:20pm, The woman working behind the counter was yelling (using the term yelling in reference to simply using an excessively loud tone.) at a man at the register. I continued to shop through the grocery section aware that she was becoming increasingly agitated. I could not hear the man speaking but I could hear her word for word across the store. At one point the man left and she chased out after him. It was clear that there was a communication barrier and he was not understanding the situation. After he leaves, she continues to rant about her whole system being messed up and frozen. She yells for her coworker to come assist another customer so she can make a call. While on hold, she continues to rant and begins to rally another customer into an awfully racist, mocking conversation of people with other ethnicities and languages. As I approach, the other customer begins to fake speak in other languages, now fully engaged in making fun of other customers/people. At this time, I also noticed her coworker is of a different ethnicity that is having to endure all of this racist behavior in his work place. This is NOT how I expected my shopping experience to go and that woman has NO place serving customers in a blended community. If you have video, please review it.

Love shopping here! great deals.... check the app out too! I will say read your rights and rules of couponing! EDUCATE YOURSELF. this will save you LLotTTTssss A time. CLEAN orderly store. Overall super friendly staff. they stay pretty busy and it goes in waves. see the Google highlights of peak shopping times. try to avoid and scatter shopping times about to decrease spread of this crazy pandemic!! they follow masking guidelines seriously!!! and it's appreciated greatly!!! TY DG STAFF
