Hello I'm not sure how much time has passed but it's been a little while since I submitted my last review perhaps a year I wanted to submit a review for Hampstead Family Medicine in Hampstead North Carolina. My doctor Dr. Rezk, and truly every office Personnel member I have worked with in that office has been phenomenal they're very much hard workers. They always have time for their patients. They're always assisting others whether to the office on the phone, on the computer, in person, and it's amazing to watch them operate with a great deal of compassion, skill, efficiency, and still truly exhibit care with a smile and they're very personable or approachable relatable and down to earth and to be open my doctor is very much the same way. They're all so very professional friendly and I care about their patients in the community. I feel cared about. Especially given my background in the military and as a normal civilian living in a new area. The doctor and staff always does the best that they can and even if they can't do something if that does occur which isn't often so look for a way to guide you and provide you with a how instead of a no so they give you hope and they try their best. The level of service is completely par excellent it does seem like a family office environment that you definitely want to give back to in some way shape or form as a thank you. The schedule is flexible for the most part I've never had difficulty to be fair really being seen they work with me so much and it makes me want to work with them even more so even if I don't feel well because I know they'll take care of me. And they always make sure my medications received and if something doesn't work for me they look into other options again they really do care about each other as an office family and their patients and I've seen them with others and I still have that same impression which leaves me really feeling happy at the end of the day . Because I feel like I'm in good hands. I just really wanted to take the time to thank the office staff, first and foremos the first line an incredible actually first line of a credible first line of defense against sicknesses illnesses referrals collaborating with other agencies and doing the right thing per office policy and or for their patients and that's a great and healthy balance there's a lot I could say I'm grateful to have the opportunity to work with their practice their personnel my doctor because at my age it took me decades to find a practice that truly worked for me, advised me and gave me a sense of security and support me needed even when I don't ask and it's good to also ask how they're doing as well because they serve as so many they definitely should know their appreciated thank you for taking the time to read this review have a marvelous everything. “My family and I moved here a year ago and we love IFM! It's very easy to get same day appointments and the ease of scheduling is much appreciated. My husband sees Dr. Davanza and I now see Hailee Martin and I am in love with her! I had some very specific concerns at my most recent appointment and she listened with great concern and didn't dismiss my symptoms. I never felt rushed, that she truly cares and gave honest recommendations with great knowledge and examples. I refuse to see anyone but her from now on ? No one really looks forward to PCP appointments but she is phenomenal!”
