I have been taking my animals here for the last 7 years. Started when my chihuahua got her nose bit almost completely off and needed a nose job and they were the only ones to help her. The brought all my other animals here. Dr. Moore has been the best vet to my animals and even recently when my pit bull got attacked he was brought in the next day and rage sutured him up and she called to check on him. Will continue to go here.

Thank you Dr. Moore and Dr. Bradler for taking such good care of Phantom.I highly recommend HAH, they are thorough and demonstrate great compassion and quality care. Eddie goes above and beyond with teeth scaling and nail clipping at every visit. During my most recent visit, Phantom was started on Librela for his chronic arthritis that has debilitated him since he was three!! He is acting like a puppy again, wanting to play and go on long walks and it’s only been 2 days!! I am so grateful for the love and support Phantom and I receive from HAH❤️

I'll start by saying Dr. Moore us great and through with my animals. Dr. Bradler is horrible and misdiagnosed my dog with cancer 3 months ago!!! I go in for check up with Dr Moore to find out my dog doesn't have cancer but severe arthritis and get in medicine for it, one week later already doing well. Dr. Bradler put me through months of anxiety and worry, unnecessary stress thinking my fog had cancer. Looking for another vet to take my fur babies

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I have no idea where to begin. Dr Bradler SAVED my dogs life. She’s an angel. Long story short, my beautiful red nose, pitbull named Star was diagnosed with a pyometra on Saturday, December 2, 2023 by a different vet. Unfortunately, my husband and I are not made of money. We are regular people who live paycheck to paycheck and we work really hard to live paycheck to paycheck. So when the other hospital wanted to charge a $7500 to save her life. And refused to work with us on any kind of a payment plan. We were forced to leave and bring our sick, dying dog home. We called everywhere in the last place. We called with hampstead animal hospital. Not only did they save my dogs life but they stayed after hours to perform the surgery. The entire staff was so kind, so patient so compassionate. Honestly, some of the best people we’ve ever met. I know we have thanked you 1000 times but thank you for saving my dogs life. Thank you for caring more about her living then money thank you for treating us with such kindness. The world needs more people like you. You truly have no idea what gift you have given us, more time. We’ve had Star since she was five weeks old, I bottle-fed her. She is part of the glue that holds our family together. It’s been five days and Dr. Bradler has called us three times to check on star. Just proving again that she will go above and beyond. Thank you

Dr. Bradley and her team are the best. They are attentive and thorough. They even provide free nail trims if you're military. I would 100% recommend them.

Amazing experience with this vet during a tough time. They showed great compassion and are a truly classy organization, even sending us a handwritten condolence note. We're going to change vets for our second dog to them, even if they are thirty minutes further from our home.

Love Dr B, she went out of her way to save our precious Skittles. I have never witnessed such dedication to our 4 legged friends. Thank you Hampstead Animal Hospital for giving our baby a second chance.

Dr. Bradler is extremely competent and capable. She runs her clinic as a teaching hospital. She took the time necessary to restore our pet's health and followed up a couple of days later.

I previously (2 years ago) gave this vets office a good review. I can no longer say that my previous review reflects the service being given there today. We’ve had small issues here and there but this last issue was the straw that broke the camels back. We recently purchased pet insurance. When I sent in our first claim the insurance company said they needed the vet notes from the visits my pup had over the last year. Seemed straight forward enough, except this vet office flat out refused to give my insurance company copies of the notes. It took me calling more than once, going in in person and having the vet personally call me before they would agree to send the notes. Then come to find out, the notes can’t be read because they’re hand written and the vet has terrible penmanship. My insurance company and myself have contacted this office several times to request the notes to be transcribed. No transcribed notes have been sent. We ended up having to switch vet offices and we’re going to have to cancel our vet insurance until we have a years worth of legible vet notes from our new vet office.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Serious question... has anyone actually seen a vet here in the past week, because there apparently isn't one there to be seen and won't be for a couple of weeks...Early last week, we contacted Hampstead Animal Hospital with concern that our pup may have worms... we were told we couldn't bring in a stool sample in for analysis until Friday... this meant a delay of several days. That seemed odd to me at the time. Why would we have to wait to drop a sample off? Well, we brought the sample in on Friday, and that afternoon, they called and told us they think he had worms, but there was not a vet there to confirm the results, or prescribe medication so it will take until Monday (today)... yet another several day delay. Today (Monday), we learn not only is there no vet there again, but (after some digging) they informed my wife there will not be a vet there for several weeks! Due to their lack of candor, this undue delay has put my pup's health at risk. Had they been up front with us LAST WEEK, we would have gone somewhere else much sooner! Fortunately, we are taking the pup to a different vet tomorrow.

I was referred to Hampstead Animal Hospital by someone who worked there at the time. We scheduled a visit because my dog was having bad diarrhea as well as vomiting. This was last year in 2022. Well the visit went great they gave me everything I needed and once he was taken care of they escorted me out of the building so I assumed my bill would be coming in the mail since they did not stop me at the desk. Well it never did and safe to say I forgot about it after a few weeks. Completely my fault. Well last week I had scheduled an appointment for my dog again for his annual vaccines and check up. We arrive today at 2 and they get us back there. I tell the lady what we are here for and she brings this man in. He explained to me I have an invoice from a year ago, I explained to him the situation and how I would like to set up payment plans for it since it was forgotten on seemingly both ends. I also explain to him I wanted a payment plan set up for today as well as the previous balance considering I’m under the impression they do that according to an employee. Well he then starts speaking to me like he lost his mind. He treated me like I had half a brain and spoke to me with the utmost disrespect. He then tells me they only do payment plans for certain situations. I tell him I’ll reschedule the whole visit and he keeps pushing back telling me that my dog needs these things and I needed to pay today. I explain to him I cannot pay upfront today and since they don’t do payment plans for this I will just reschedule when I can pay upfront. He tells me to go to the front desk to reschedule. The lady at the front desk stares at me blankly for a solid minute and a half before I said I’ll just reschedule over the phone. Moral of the story their customer service is poor. If you don’t know how to treat a human I’m almost positive they don’t know how to treat a dog. I wouldn’t trust anyone that spoke to me that way to be competent enough to look at my dog.
