This review refers to our years long experience with a specific preparer, because we’re all aware that the company is all all about the quality of the employees on the front line. That being said, this is the 5th tax year of returns by the same tax preparer at the same location. We’re not an “EZ” form family by any stretch. Bottom line: we’re very satisfied. This gentleman is professional, friendly, finds the answer promptly, if he doesn’t already know what it is and we leave confident that it’s been done right.

Roslyn was an awesome tax preparer I walked in and she greeted me with a smile and got straight to work. She explained everything to me as she prepared my taxes and was full of great energy. I would definitely recommend her to everyone who comes to this location to have their taxes prepared. Roslyn if you’re reading this keep up the great customer service.
