“After a miserable experience with the USPS main office, and a "postal inspector" trying to help me locate a package, my case was accidentally sent back to my home post office in Hampstead. What a stroke of good luck ! My post office in Hampstead has always been great, but they took over an investigation that wasn't even supposed to go to them, and my older brother got the gift we sent him in time for his birthday ! The staff at USPS in Hampstead went above and beyond, and we are so grateful ! Thank you !”
