Luis and his team at Tidal Wave in Surf City are fantastic. Not only do you get an outstanding car wash, the team members provide superior customer service. One example: I lost my special hitch cover and wondered where. When I went back for my next car wash I asked and they had it for me. Great wash and great people!!!

Friendly staff and great car wash. Especially since I live down a dirt road, and every time it rains, my car looks like I went mudding, and tidal wave always has my car come out shining and sparkling. I do wish they opened just a half an hour earlier so that I can run through when i'm running my errands in the morning.
