“I highly recommend this place! The older gentleman, who I believe was Llyod, that assisted me with my U-Haul drop-off was so nice and helpful. I was in and out in no time at all! I did not have to lift a finger! I highly recommend Llyod's Rentals and Sales in Wilmington, NC!”
“After arriving at another location ( BUDGET) to pick up my previously confirmed/reserved truck I was told this truck company did not have a truck for me. I was left to scramble to find another moving truck to move my daughter FOUR HOURS away to her college apartment. This UHAUL location LITERALLY saved the day. The workers were exceptionally kind and compassionate. I was physically upset/emotional and one of the sweet employees even offered a hug, a hug I didn’t know I needed (but really did) and reassured me it was going to be okay. He also offered me a bottle of water and made sure I got on my way in an efficient time. This location will get my business and I will spread the word on how amazing they were. Thank you again for treating me like a person and helping on this day that started so terrible but with you righting their wrongs so I could still make the trip. 10/10. FIVE STARS”
“We lease a 26' box truck. They're always consistent with communication and p.m. services. Service shop is always PACKED but they still manage to properly cycle the repairs. Good folks, great reps. Upper Management could do something more to boost moral thou, lotta turnover. So expect that, but overall good shop.”
“My uncle had a delivery and the driver Tamyah, VERY helpful with answering all of our questions, very swift on the fork lift and was done in no time! After seeing the reviews on this location, hire more people like her! She deserves a raise!!! Great job U-Haul!!”

“Picking Up and Dropping off process was quick and easy. I was unable to meet my initial pickup time so I called the 800 number and within seconds I was able to update the time and my reservation. The truck (10 foot) was easy to drive, clean and superb air conditioning, which was definitely needed with the temperature over 95 degrees. Continue the great service and I will be recommending friends and family for their next move. Thank you U-HAUL Staff !!!”
