“While driving back to Virginia from Tennessee on Memorial Day, our 2003 Toyota 4Runner's serpentine belt broke, leaving us stranded. We had been driving for 3 hours and had another 3 hours ahead of us. We contacted Tommy, at 4:45pm to see if he could help us. Despite it being a holiday and him normally closing at 5pm, he stayed open late, helping us find parts and a reasonably priced solution. He quickly diagnosed that it was the idler pulley which had failed. He placed multiple orders to his local parts store, trying to find a solution. After just 90 minutes and a few parts deliveries, he had us back on the road at a nominal cost. If you're ever in need of service, look no further than Tommy.
