So I sent her to LB s to get insoles. She refused to let me get her boots. So I called Lisa the owner of LBs and asked to get her to try on boots she liked. Y'all when I say the sales person Jennifer went above and beyond I mean it! She got insoles for her old boots and I went and bought the new ones.
