Had the pleasure of working with Chad at AT&T Harrisburg. AT&T recently became available in my area, Chad was walking the neighborhood letting everyone know. Chad did a great job providing a plan that suites my needs and saved me money.Great attitude, very understanding, wonderful to work with.If the rest of AT&T provide the same level of service as Chad, the switch in provider will be worth it there alone.

I have been debating about upgrading one of the lines on my account(iPhone 11) for a few years. Yes they did deserve an upgrade. While celebrating Christmas in another state on Christmas Eve 2hours before the store closes I purchased the new phone but told the guy I didn’t want to activate it now because it was a gift. Fast forward Christmas Day and the best gift was the iPhone 14.Although the phone could have been activated we waited until we returned to Harrisburg the day after.Long story short, yesterday around 2 we walk in the sales rep was finishing up with a client and we walked up. She ask to get her phone activated, he responds.. did you get the phone here, I replied no, it was a gift. He replied to the phone owner. That’s cheating, she replied excuse me. I seen the frustration and dissatisfaction on her face. Although he was tryin to joke I knew he didn’t want to take the time to set it up. He said na just playing but it would take a lot of time. I don’t want to waste your time you could do it yourself. It really easyNobody else is in the store but us, and then another sales person returned. The sales associate never said let me put in your number or anything other than you didn’t want to take the time to provide good service if not great.Because we didn’t get the phone at this location that should not be the reason for the response.Will not visit this location again and live only less than 10minute away. I have 2 more line to upgrade before the year ends, been with AT&T over 10 years with a business account. Ups and downs, good months and bad months. Payment arrangements and payments in advance basically a true business/family partnership. If it was me by myself the associate treated that way I would downplay the terrible experience and kept going but with it being someone else I bring to your store. Thats terrible1 star because the store was clean.

Tyrell was so patient and helpful today. We were the only ones in the store at first and had some issues trying to transfer over service etc and throughout our lengthy time there when multiple people came in, he never seemed to get overwhelmed, always greeted everyone and was able to help everyone that came in even being by himself and busy at one point. We appreciate his patience and trying to work so hard for us! He seemed to be knowledgeable about phones, plans and first net, refreshing to have that kind of patient and hardworking service. There were also 2 other employees that we spoke with the day prior who were very pleasant and helpful, which is rare nowadays in a lot of stores!

Visited the Harrisburg store on 5/17 was helped by Chad he was the perfect gentleman. I recently purchased new phone through AT&T on line I had difficulty activating and transferring from my old phone. Was not successful with customer service frustrated I came to AT&T Harrisburg he said it was not done correctly and started from scratch to activate my new phone and transferred from previous phone. He also stated feel free to go out to your car with your husband and I will bring the phone to you!!! Nothing better than that…

My mother and I visited about 2 weeks ago and the entire team was exceptional. Tyrrell helped me upgrade and King helped my mother. She did not plan to upgrade her super outdated phone, but she obliged. King's personality she was drawn to, he made her feel comfortable during the entire process, despite her reservations. Awesome team overall and will be back!

Went to go pick out a phone plan and find the best plan/phones for us and the associate King helped us every step of the process!!He was amazing and very very knowledgeable !

I came in very frustrated because my upgrade was stolen on the way to my house. I came up to the store to get another because customer service was less than helpful. They were so helpful, patient, not only did they resolve my issue and I got my phone, we left with DIRECTV streaming! Shout out to Miriam and King…they are THE BEST!

My bf, daughter and I were helped by an associate by the name of Tyrell. He was very eager to help and even had answers for questions we didn't realize we needed to ask! Tyrell was very knowledgeable, friendly and made it easy to understand the process. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met! We came in for help with our wireless service and he even helped voluntarily solved an issue with our home internet as well! Great customer service!

I recently visited this store on a late Friday afternoon. Greeted by both representatives immediately, and probably the fastest I've been in and out at any provider's store for an upgrade/replacement device. Shout out to Tyrrell for a great experience!

I visited the Harrisburg location on 7/9 to upgrade my cell phone. What initially seemed to be a delightful visit turned bad on 7/10 when I received an email from AT&T about my estimated bill. At this point I realized the store manager, Mirium F. Added several services that I did not request, such as insurance and AT&T Next Up, resulting in my bill to increase by over $50. While I was able to remove the services after speaking with customer service, I’m extremely disappointed by this deceptive sales practice. I’m extremely unlikely to return to this store for any future purchases.

I went into the store one hour before they closed to trade in my cracked phone. Tyrell provided exceptional customer service! I only planned on leaving with the phone but he convinced me into getting 3 accessory items.
