Best Pharmacy Ever!!!!!! Staff is excellent. Keep up the great work. The ones leaving negative reviews are clearly impatient. They need to relax and just trust the staff. Esp the indian ladies. They rock!!!!

I’m confident I left a review previously but it’s now gone so I’m rewriting to tell about my interaction.
I went to the minute clinic to have my daughter, who had a trach, tested for strep and flu/rsv. The second the provider (older white woman, if I find her name, I will update and share) saw she had a trach, she did not want to help. She started asking if we’ve been to minute clinic before and when I said yes, she said she needed to see if she was in her “guidelines” to treat. After texting someone and doing research on her computer, she started naming other places we could go for service. This was after I’m sure she saw she was in her “guidelines to treat.” She started saying how she was moving too much and how important she absolutely had to get her temperature before doing anything then ultimately said “I just cannot do it.” It was the biggest load of BS. Why be in the medical field if you do not want to help? Literally, all that was being asked was to be tested for strep and flu. Due to this interaction, I would NEVER go back and encourage others to follow suit. There are clear preferences with who will be treated. This entire interaction was unethical and immoral and she doesn’t deserve to practice medicine.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never answer the phone, they’re understaffed, rude, longest wait times inside and drive thru, never have medication in stock. I have all but 1 prescription transferred to Publix and I would transfer that one as well but because my insurance requires me to get it filled there I have no other choice. With CVS’s prices they could afford to train and increase their staff. I guess the Board of Directors are more concerned with making money than the are about their customers. I hate this pharmacy!!

This pharmacy needs MAJOR training on their insurances… I was overcharged on medication because they failed to put the medicaid in their system correctly! 3 people tried to tell me I was denied for coverage! I assured her I was covered because I just left the doctors and they had it in their system just fine! She told me the doctor’s office system was not up to date! After waiting over an hour to get my insurance company on the line to explain to these idiots what they needed to put in their system… well what do you know I was covered after all!!! No apologies was given! Please don’t bother with this pharmacy they think they are know it alls and very rude!

A lovely gal in the beauty / cosmetics section this afternoon, she was stocking shelves, greeting customers, handing out free samples, and assisting on the register!
Sometimes this location is understaffed, but all the employees I **have** encountered are kind and courteous. Indoor pharmacy is typically faster than drive thru. Those ladies really helped me out when my RX came up as nearly $700. Luckily I carry my insurance card and after running it quickly they were able to get it back down the the $80 I am used to paying. Thank you!!!

I visited the CVS pharmacy on July 1st 2024 at 9:02 PM, just after it had closed at 9:00 PM. Despite seeing the staff inside and explaining that I urgently needed my blood pressure medication, they refused to assist me, citing the closing time. This lack of flexibility and empathy, especially given the nature of my medication, was frustrating and disappointing. Their response lacked humanity. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve customer service for those needing urgent assistance, even slightly past closing time.

Funny how I read the only redeeming quality about this location os the 24 hr service. I drove from CLT to this location to see a sign on the door saying they are closed and reopen at 7 am. No thanks, ill go somewhere else. Whatever reason why its closed, I understand. But if you need to close early, adjust hours online first.

This CVS location is the WORST I have ever visited in my life. The BLACK SHORT manager approached me and falsely accused me of opening a product in front of other customers. This was false & completely embarrassing! I truly don't believe this! I was discriminated against! I will never return to this location and doubt I will return to any others.
