Such a trashy place. I came in with a bag from food lion and was asked to show my recipe while paying for the items I got here. The employee that asked to see the recipe was for items they don't even sell there. Never felt more like a criminal paying for my items.

❌❌❌ 8:24 aaaannnddd NOBODY opening, I've been here since 7:59 and according to the WEBSITE the store OPENS AT 8AM!! Seen several people attempting to open the door BUT IT'S STILL LOCKED ❌❌❌❌❌ As I've seen several others stated that THIS IS HORRIBLE..... UNIVERSITY CITY I GO!! Ttthhhhaaannnkkkssss for THE INCONVENIENCE!! DO BETTER DOLLAR 25¢ TREE!!!

Rude employees, won’t greet you when you enter or when you leave. Just stand around doing nothing. There’s a white older lady with long black hair who I asked to help me at the self checkout bc I accidentally scanned an item twice. She asked me if I tried to remove the item myself. If I knew how to remove the item myself I wouldn’t have asked her for help. Then there’s a black woman who’s pudgy/chubby wears glasses, short wavy hair who just stands around and won’t greet you when you walk in and won’t say anything before you leave. If y’all don’t like your jobs then quit.

Small store its average dollar tree vs the other location. But they have self checkout, the employees aren't friendly and shouldn't work for dollar tree and no one ever answers the phone

Needs a frozen food section, more name brand items. Since items went up to $1.25 they have a poor selection of name brand items. They have made changes to the registers by having 2 regular registers and 2 self checkouts. The employees are ghetto and doesn't provide any customer service "Ms Queen & Rachel". They told me we can't do refunds just exchange and according to the DT website that was updated they don't know you can do that .

Management needs to ask the employees at the Dollar Tree located in Harrisburg, NC what time they open.
I checked the website, it says it opens at 8am weekdays. I arrived at 8:20, I saw the employees outside smoking.
I figured okay...smoke break.
As I approached, they finished smoking, went in the doors and locked it.
Management, clarify with your employees...open means open. Or do you all close the business for employees to smoke? Poor business practice indeed!

This Dollar tree refuses to update its business hours! The store says it is open at 8am but it is 8:23 and the manager just let an employee in and she locked the door after he entered! This is very unprofessional
