Dunkin's donuts have shrunk to the size of a hockey puck. The ones I had here were almost as hard. Exaggeration, but they weren't fresh and I was there at 8:30am. I keep giving them chances but this is the last one. I'll just get a box of Entemans at Food Lion.

The staff here is so friendly. Service is great! Morning, noon or night, it is always a good experience! I even tried their new "white cheddar bagel twist", so good!!

First of all, Dunkin is expensive nowadays, also I order the same drink, the same way everyday..so I know the second I see the drink if it’s not right. The store manager that is there in the afternoon is really great! She is very friendly and takes pride in her work! Now, the assistant manager that is there in the morning is a whole different story. She isn’t friendly and also will give you drinks that she knows aren’t made right and refuses to make them correctly.

Coffee is good, food, even the donuts, come frozen and they have to thaw them out. They do NOT cook anything there. It is just heated. So with that said, it's OK, I usually only get their original blend coffee.

I get there, put my donuts and drink in on the kiosk, get my drink pretty soon and then have to wait there for 20 minutes before a worker asks what I’m waiting on just to say they didn’t have the donuts I ordered. The customer service was

Unapologetically rude. They have absolutely no regard for you or your time, don’t care to make your food right, and won’t feel sorry for you in the slightest. This Dunkin employs some of the rudest, unintelligent people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Do not waste your time or money here.

I used to frequent this location as it's close to one of our favorite libraries. The last 5-6 times my family and I have visited, things have been strange and inconsistent. Some examples of this are: my husband went by to grab a sausage and egg croissant sandwich during the late morning time. They took his order as normal and said the price, he rolled up to window, and the person at the window took his money, and then said his food was cooking. Then, after more time of waiting..this person comes back to window and tells him they don't even have croissant bread right now. After she said his food was cooking and took his money, mind you. She asks him if he's okay with it on a bagel or something else instead, obviously he agreed, but it was frustrating as he'd already paid and was told they were cooking his food. He said that when he said it'd be fine for his sandwich to be on an English muffin, the lady screamed in the back to ask if they had those still.After that, maybe a few days or a week later, we go back to grab a coffee and two of our fave breakfast wraps. There is no line at all, it's maybe 1ish in afternoon. They took our order but continued to not pay attention to what we kept saying. I was speaking loudly and clearly. Every time I tried ordering the breakfast wraps, the chicken and roasted pepper ones, the person asked me if I meant something else...an egg and cheese wrap, a bacon and cheese wrap...everything except what I was ordering. Finally after repeating myself many times, the person said okay pull around, along with the price. We did so and then the person in the window ran to grab a manager I guess, who said straight up to us that all of the wraps we wanted were frozen solid. I was taken back, because this is a coffee and breakfast place; and how come there were frozen breakfast sandwiches when the place is open and has been since early morning? I was annoyed and asked them to just take the sandwiches off the price and we went to McDonald's for food next door. Maybe I just really wanted that sandwich that day and it was disappointing...but I also thought it was weird they downright said they hadn't thawed their frozen sandwiches yet to a customer. It just seemed unprofessional to say that. Maybe it's new people still learning the menu or things being inconsistent because of training going on, but the inconsistency of the place is enough for me to go elsewhere from now on.

I came in to pick up donuts for my team. They pushed the kiosk ordering system. It took the order but never processed. The team did assist me and then said yeah we have had problems with it. What a waste of my time. If it doesn't work they should probably stop telling people to use it.
