Excellent customer service. Great deal and price. Yeman is very friendly, profecional, honest, he has interesting conversation. Makes you feel like family. The most that I liked and a very important point is that he verifies again and again that the paperworks are well filled and in order. He even went with me to help me with the whole process at the DMV. If you are going to buy a car, do not hesitate to call Yeman, Honestly he is the best.

My husband and I just bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer. We had a great experience. We felt as though he was honest, open, and genuine, a rare find in the automotive buying world. We dealt only with the owner and he gave us an amazing deal. After we signed all the papers and were walking out to the car he even tried to give us $10.00 for gas because the tank was on empty. I think that that gesture really summed up our experience at University Automotive. Highly recommend.

I'd like to say that I couldn't have had a more pleasurable experience in purchasing my vehicle. It felt as if I were visiting long lost family. The owner was very honest and willing to assist in any way he could. I even failed to to use the right name after a recent marriage out of habit and he was more than willing to correct everything. If you are looking for a reasonably priced and honest dealership this is the place to come. I can't think of one business experience that I've had that I could compare to University Automotive.. I purchased my first vehicle here about 2 months ago, and almost 4k miles later it's still running great. Nael was not pushy at all. He allowed me to take it for a pre-purchase inspection, it came back with a couple of minor issues, but he was willing to negotiate and get the issues fixed. I am very happy with the purchase I made here, and I believe Nael sold me a solid car!
