“Overall great experience with the guys that work there. John is personable, not pushy for a sale, and is greatly communicative. The outline of the purchase is made very clear and when I declined the add-on options they didn't grill me to try to buy them. Jordy the finance guy was cordial and helpful.
John was great in taking the car to Woodies for a 3rd party inspection that I requested before purchase. There was some minor maintenance to be done for the vehicle based on miles that they (the dealer not Woodies) did for me at an appropriate price that they were able to roll into the financing.
This gets 4 stars out of 5 as it took about 18 business days to get the account closed on my trade in, causing more interest to be charged to the account. I had to get in touch with them several times to ensure it was all going through and found that at one point the check had not been sent. John was very helpful in getting the situation rectified.”

“Ever since I sold my first car about two years ago, I have been itching to find another toy. I occasionally check Autobarn's inventory online and dream. My first car was a 1965 Mustang that I purchased in high school. I drove the car and worked on it until life became the focus. Fortunately, I was able to store it at my mom's house until she passed away two years ago. It was under a cover and had not been driven in 20 years. I lived on the other side of the country and felt it was time to let it go. My wife and I happened to be in the area to check out the Depot at Gibson Mill. I noticed a sign inside the Gibson Mill Market with an arrow to the Autobarn. After checking it out online, we discovered it appeared to be in the same building as the Gibson Mill Market which was a nice surprise. We parked and walked in and were immediately impressed by the amount of cars which were arranged in such a way it was easy to walk around and see the posted sales price. There were several cars that peeked our attention but the Shelby Cobra has always been my dream car and they had a beautiful one for sale. My wife inquired with a sales person and he sought out a salesman, Dino who he said knew alot about the car in question. Dino spent about 20 minutes with us giving us the history of the car and we enjoyed talking with him. I told him of my love of Shelby's and Mustang's and he also pointed us to a 1965 Mustang with an interesting history. Overall, this was a great stop and I will continue to monitor their inventory online in case I decide to treat myself in the future. Dino also told us they do several events/car shows throughout the year.”

“Well I must say it was almost too easy getting my Kia Sorento here i previously owned another and was in life with them. Found one here and snatched it up. I have finally paid my car off and I must say I experienced little to no issues at all when it comes to the car and its engine. I took it on several trips and kept maintenance up if I did suspect there was a misuse they were always willing to have me bring the car in and assist. Keep in mind THEY WILL COME FET THEIR CAR if you not making payments lol I learned the hard way twice ! But they also still were very accommodating in allowing me to pay and get my transportation back. All in all I would say good place to purchase a used car from no hassle. I am now awaiting my title and will update on how that process really works fingers crossed. I will be able to pick up this week ??”

“here at A.J.s it says used cars under 2500.. when I went there were a couple at $2500 exactly none under $2500. However, Most all were under $4k. I bought a car from them last month. I will say it is an awesome place to buy a car from IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT!!! I looked at 4 different cars while I was there 2 of them I did not even drive off the lot because of major issues. (Issues should always be expected with high milage cars) I waited a month to write this because I wanted to see exactly how many underlying issues there were with the car I choose... I bought my car for either $3k or $3500. When I first test drove it I did not see many issues a leaky head gasket cover and a blown head light.. I hooked my OBD scanner to it and found that they codes had been reset. So I drove it around until the codes appeared... I couldn't get the emissions to reset but figured at worse it's just a cat converter so I went ahead and bought it... So I bought the car which only took about 30 minutes to do which was awesome!! So here we are a month later my first day experience with it was not to great... was driving to work and it had died on me. I learned that it ran out of gas because the fuel gage doesn't work... 2 days after purchase the check engine light came on because as I expected it is shooting a code for a bad cat. A week after purchase it start making a weird noise when turning the steering wheel. I check that out to find there was little power steering fluid because of a leak in the system... In the end I will end up putting about another $800 into it and it will be an awesome ride... and to get an awesome ride in my book with no hassle sales is a win!!! Thank you A.J.s.... Key take away for anyone buying there... #1 make sure either you know what you are looking at or have someone with you that does. #2 take a code reader it will save you a lot of headaches in the future. #3 make sure you have the knowledge to fix the issues with the car you get. If you don't then that cheap car can get expensive real quick!!! But in my mind as for the experience I had and the price of the
car they still get 5 stars. My honest opinion the majority of people on here complaining about this company seen something cheap. Went in did a test drive around the block and took it without doing their research! Good place for a cheap vehicle!! ??”
