I came in because I had some trouble with my SIM Card not working with my new phone. A representative there, Mitchel, did his very best to get it resolved. At one point, I wasn't sure if my phone would even be compatible with Verizon and was considering switching providers. Thankfully, he figured it out for me.Good experience?

I came into the Harrisburg location today because I was having trouble transferring my information from my old phone to my new phone. James Gregory was there to greet me at the door and was super professional from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and will be my go-to Verizon guy from now on. I was so greatful that he helped me that I will send him everyone I know. Thank you for the Harrisburg store, they are so wonderful.

I just spoke with Christina, at the Harrisburg location! She was absolutely fantastic. Prompt to give me the information on porting and was a star at keeping confident names until I mentioned them on the account. Very helpful and so kind and cheerful!

I went to this store on 12/10/2023 to request a service transfer, attended by the Wireless Sales Consultant: Damen V. Etherly.I called customer service regarding the holiday offer, to find out on January 13th that the account was still under the other person's name, even when I provided my information to put the account under my name. They told me to go back to the store and speak to the store manager, who told me to wait for the computer system be "refreshed" and instead of helping me to redeem my rewards, just printed the instructions. I went back home and called costumer services again, because something was not right, since I was still getting emails on the other person's name. Today, on 01/20/24 finally activated my home internet on my account, investigating what the extra charges areon my bank card, after expending many hours on the phone and many trips to the store, this is frustrating.

Mitchell was top notch. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to help us and you can tell he goes above and beyond for customers as people were coming in specifically requesting Mitchell. Keep up the great work.

If you go to this store, ask for Damen! Damen is the best! Cannot say enough for how helpful, friendly and professional he is! He made what would’ve been a difficult headache for me into an efficient and effortless process and I appreciated his help very much! Get this man a raise!

Jamie Green was our Rep. who helped us. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We were purchasing a new phone, and we were in and out in 25 minutes. Highly recommended!

On 11/24/23 I went in the store to explore a black Friday deal. The store associates immediately acknowledged my mother and I. After only a couple of minutes we were helped by Jamie Green. This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a Verizon sales associate in my last 10 years of being with Verizon. Jamie was patient and creative and well versed in how to best maximize our plans and purchases. We explored a number of the options and he answered all of my questions so that I could find the best fit. Also, I had to come back the next day to transfer data from one phone to another. Jamie was again patient in the process and completely committed to problem solving and troubleshooting. His calm demeanor helped to manage my anxiety about losing pictures of my sister who passed away earlier this year. I would highly recommend this store location and especially Jamie Green to take care of all of your Verizon cell service needs.

Christina was PHENOMENAL!! Not only did she provide us multiple options to upgrade the line but she worked with us for over and hours and a half and waited until our full transfer was complete, even staying after the store closed! Amazing customer service and such a lovely person.

Purchased new phones and was having issues when they transferred over on my phone and Christina Cobb and James Gregory were both patient to getting this resolved which that did.So give them a call if you are looking for a phone or upgrade.Thanks

After looking at these reviews they all have mentioned James Gregory and when I went in yesterday I found out why. I have never had such an easy experience getting a new phone. James was so fast with everything and didn't try to upsale me on anything. I've never been somewhere where people work on commission and don't try to shove other things you don't want down your throat. I cannot recommend this store and James enough.

Chris helped us with our recent upgrade experience, while Verizon had some issues getting everything activated, Chris stuck with us, definitely going the extra mile! Next time we need a hand with our account, we'll head back to see Chris.
