Please don’t ever come here. We wanted to open a checking account, when we get there, we had enough time but they refused to take us. 3 of the banker were just chatting/chilling had zero customer but they said they don’t have enough time to open account for us. They are so lazy! All of them need to go or else they will lose so many customers including me.

Staff not helpful. Not friendly the lady was not listening to me when I was talking about a situation that I was helped with last Friday. The male banker was fantastic helping me. This lady needs to learn how to listen she acted like a supervisor or manager because she said the guy that helped me was on vacation. I already had a poor customer service representative experience with a credit card fraud alert by Wells Fargo customer service representative and this new poor customer service experience is a problem within the company culture of Wells Fargo.

Indian teller working October Sat 14th was incredibly unprofessional. I was at the back of the line and she yelled over everyone else to ask me what I needed. I said a stamped transaction to which she replied “what? A stamped transaction? What even is that?” I had to get out of the line and go up to the front so I wouldn’t be shouting my business out in front of everyone. And yet, after she took my debit and ID, she went to the computer in the back and continued to yell across the room to ask me about certain money transactions and wouldn’t WALK over to me so we could talk like the other teller was to the people he was helping. This lady, of course not wearing a name tag, was so scatterbrained and acted like it was her first day on the job. I will never ever come back to this location again and will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a better location.My boyfriend went into his bank (different company) and had NO issue with the teller understanding what he needs. Maybe I need to switch my banks to deal with tellers who have common sense.

ATM dispensed half the money requested from my account but still took the entire amount out of my account. Filed a claim but not hopeful with Wells Fargos horrible claim department

Worse customer service I've ever experienced and the competence in opening up a new business account is ZERO. If you want a rude teller and inconvenience to come back 3 times to sign documents after your account was open because the banker was incompetent then this would be the bank! Find another bank!

My debit card was recently compromised. I had called WF and a new card was being sent to me but in the meantime I was trying to add the new card to my digital wallet. I struggled with how to use the card once it was added. I went into the branch and a wonderful young man by the name of Matt helped me. He was courteous, helpful, engaging and very knowledgeable. Hold on to him because he will be a huge asset to your business. Thank you Matt!

ATM drive thru is always down. Inconvenience to have to get out of my car to conduct business at a stand alone ATM that doesn't allow you to make the deposits that you need to make. I run a vending machine business and I have cash deposits alot and it is do convenient to be able to deposit cash in the ATM. WELL NOT AT THIS ONE I had to literally only do $30 at a time and I had over $300. WHAT A JOKE. Since it was an inconvenien, I had to drive 10 miles out of my way AGAIN to make deposit. ?

Jeanna Hawkins has the worst service ever. I’m ready to close my family's bank accounts with Wells Fargo. I have a business account there also. She is unprofessional, rude, and has a nasty attitude. She tried to make a deposit. She wanted to act like miss know it all. She started with this, that, and the 3rd. We went to a branch on rocky river they deposited just the same way as we have for years. I hate people who don’t know how to do their job. She’s like a bad cop with a badge. Some people, you can’t give them the authority they abuse it. You are in service business so smile and do your job.

I took my dad to deposit a check there today. It was from a large bank and national company. They refused to deposit it his Wells Fargo account. They said we had to go to the bank it was written from and get them to get a cashiers check. The other bank manager said the check was good and we should have been able to deposit it. We took it to another location and told them the story. They deposited the check without an issue. Basic take away these people dont know what they are doing in this branch. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away from this wells fargo!

We were told that the safe deposit boxes were available and scheduled an appointment to get one. When we went to the bank they simply said that nothing was available. Why do you have to provide false information to customers and waste their time. I would not prefer to visit this branch again.

This Wellsfargo bank is THE slowest Wellsfargo I have ever been too. I wish it was another one in Harrisburg close to my house but there isn't. I only visit this one as a last resort.

Trying to call them since week no one is picking up the phone. One of the banker put me on hold and never came back wait on hold for 25 minutes. Banker are not professional at all.
