Because of his training wheels, we needed tools to get it back on. A Midgett Realty maintenance employee happened to be driving by, saw us struggling, and pulled over to help. I really wish I had gotten his name because he deserves recognition! What makes it even more special is that he had no idea we were even renting through Midgett Realty, he simply saw a family who needed a hand and stopped. He helped fix our son’s bike and was incredibly kind throughout the whole interaction. He even made a point to make the kids feel special, giving them high fives and fist bumps before heading on his way. It was such a small act of kindness, but I have thought about that interaction multiple times since.
To me, that moment is a perfect example of what makes Midgett Realty stand out. They are more than just a rental company. From the care of their homes to their responsiveness and, most importantly, the people who represent them, you can tell there is a genuine sense of community and hospitality behind the name.
