Pulled in to Auto Zone due to a metal casing that had come loose over the emergency lights of an ambulance. Needed a ladder to access the loose sheet of metal that had begun to flap around on top of the ambulance. Went inside the location asked for help, and the crew immediately grabbed a ladder and came out to assess the situation. Found a temporary fix and any further mishaps could be avoided. Remarkable experience, great customer service!!

Very accommodating! Around a year ago I had come in needing oil for my car, not knowing the exact model, They had written it down on my registration card to help me in the future. Today I had come in to buy a new serpentine belt, the same employee had remembered me and offered a free installation. I am beyond pleased with the service here
