The ladies work extra hard to scrub all the bugs off, and they take the time to help customers by recommending products like the All Purpose cleaner for stuck-on bugs. The wheel wells are sprayed out every visit. The vacuum area is clean and well-stocked all the time. There is even a promo for the month to buy a single wash price for the entire month. However, one long-time customer reported a recent negative experience involving the new manager. The customer stated the employees are great people that take pride in what they do, but the new manager was the problem. He marshaled vehicles in a manner that kept them too close together, and he failed to disable the tire mechanism, which caused a collision between three trucks. The other employees struggled to work around him. The customer noted that the owner and director of operations took the time to call and discuss the concerns, and the issue was rectified 4 or 5 days after the incident. The customer will continue to use the car wash and support the people that truly care about the quality of service they provide. Another customer uses this car wash almost everyday and finds Mike's crew to be great and very helpful.
