My family member and I received 2 flu shots together and the pharmacist rang up two different prices for each. $55 and $63.76. Refused to look into it and states he doesn't make the prices. Told me I could take it or leave it. I had to sign when paying on the pad, and pharmacist watched me sign, then cleared it and told me it wasn't my signature. I suggest finding somewhere else to go.

I left this place because of the lies being told about my prescriptions when I went to fill them. This place is so bad they lost my prescription in a transfer and then denied making any mistakes. I gave them the script number and they said it had been transferred, but the script transferred was the old one not the new one. The new script that they filled is nowhere in their app system. So I had to call my provider and get a new prescription sent to my new pharmacy. This is the worst CVS I have ever had my prescriptions sent to. I heard from one of their employees that one of the old pharmacists left because of all the shady BS that went on. From my experience I would definitely say there is something fishy going on here. Attached is a photo of the prescription they said they didn't fill or have. The script they said they had was for 30 pills.

Google said they had minute clinic and they don't. Corporate should correct that. I will use Walgreens in the future

I find it frustrating that I have to leave a voicemail for the pharmacy. I attempted to refill my prescription at another location due to an emergency, but the system wouldn't permit it. I've decided to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens for better service.

CVS on Catawba Rd. in Havelock has always provided courteous and professional service. The staff in all areas go the extra mile to make sure that the customer has what they need. Love this pharmacy and all who work there.

If you are looking for service, turn around! Stood around waiting to checkout several minutes while the cashier stocked shelves. You would think there would be a self checkout if they don’t have someone behind the counter. Poor service, as if they don’t care.

Impossible to reach anyone in pharmacy department by phone. New Phone system not practical no one return you call. Useless text messages very confusing. I would not recommend to anyone this particular location.

The pharmacist is so sweet. The doctor forgot to send my daughters prescription so it was late once we realized what had happened. He worked hard to ensure my daughter had her medicine. Above and beyond. All the staff was very nice. Would recommend to anyone! They are also in Network with Tricare (which is always a plus)
