On multiple occasions, they did not communicate with me that new rx they requested from my PC was not received. They say they sent multiple requests and then they do absolutely nothing for 5 days. Meanwhile I have no idea there is an issue, so I come to pick up my meds and they don't have it. Had to wait an hour while they call my PC for a rx. This is an ongoing issue. The lack of communication is unacceptable. The aditudes I get from the staff is completely unnecessary since they caused this issue. Already changed to another pharmacy.

CVS NEVER staffs enough people in the pharmacy! Often the pharmacist is busy helping customers rather than filling prescriptions. My family is seriously considering moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy and I have heard the same complaint from numerous other customers

The pharmacist is so sweet. The doctor forgot to send my daughters prescription so it was late once we realized what had happened. He worked hard to ensure my daughter had her medicine. Above and beyond. All the staff was very nice. Would recommend to anyone! They are also in Network with Tricare (which is always a plus)

No compassion from front desk pharmacy. I was simply trying to go home after surgery. 3 hours, no prescription. I tried to inquire if their systems were down since my doctor has stated 3x it as sent in. The lady rolled her eyes and responded “ We don’t have it” I hope in her future endeavors she can be a bit more humble and lose the attitude!

The older hefty women who work upfront have no social skills. Since you work with people, you need not be rude and short with customers.

I just want to say that Toni, the head lady who runs the havelock CVS was amazing she went above and beyond what she had to to ensure I was taken care of! I was able to receive my medicine when it didn't seem possible. THANK YOU!!

I wish I could leave negative stars. They screw up EVERY RX treat I have had filled there. I call in advance to explain what’s going on and what to be prepared to do. Some of my meds are self pay. I explained this to them 3 times (3) They still tried to send it through my insurance and made me reschedule my flight that I had previously booked. I rescheduled for 2 days after they said my RX would be filled. You would think that would be fine. You would be wrong at this place. Now I have a flight tomorrow (Friday) and they say they tell me it will be Monday because they didn’t order it and my insurance will only pay for 7 days. Now I have to rebook again for next Tuesday. $400.00 in rebooking charges because they can’t figure out how to make a not of what to do. They sell sticky pads there. USE THEM.

Havelock NC location. Literally as I’m walking up to the pharmacy pick up counter a lady at the register tells me, “we’re closing in one minute for lunch, actually we’re already closed”…………not, hello sir, how are you, nothing professional ..I was there to pick up a prescription. At 1:30 pm. I’ll be taking my business to a pharmacy in town that has normal sensible retail working hours.

They closed before they were supposed to and pharmacy waited until I drove off to close the curtain. Pretty messed up since I got off work early in order to pick up a prescription that I quite literally need and my health depends on it. Thanks a lot CVS. Won’t be calling in a prescription again to this location.

This is a terrible place. Customer service is worse than bad. Employees are complaining about customers walking out while they are helping them. I’ll bet the customers are walking out just because the service is so bad and it takes so long to get help.

Very friendly pharmacists and staff. And every time I leave there, I have enough receipt paper to wrap Christmas presents! I save a bundle on wrapping paper!
