We stayed for three nights and saw roaches evernight. Horrible place, the people at the desk were rude our room was dirty when we got there. There was food in a drawer from the people before us. The house keeper was friendly and did get me a can of Raid.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. They are very courteous and friendly! I'll definitely come back again next year when I come back for work .
Food and drinks: A lot of great food just a minute or two down the road from here. Etc. Mexican, Japanese, and Chinese. Walmart is less than two minutes away as well.

Arrived and went straight to sleep because I was tired, but waking up bathroom was not cleaned wash cloth and dirty was easily visible. Took pic and showed front desk who said he would clean and provide me with new towels. He brought towels and got rid of used wash cloth but I had to wipe dirt off shower wall and I just put towel inside the tub to stand on. Lighting make this place look renovated but it has a long way to go. Please read reviews as if I had I would have chosen someplace else.
Rooms: They don't seem to clean them.

If you know what's good for your Reputation this needs to be owned by someone else and 100% completely remodeled. Also update the websites-
you have no pool -no breakfast and nasty moldy mattresses+ bugs everywhere - Do better for this military town. Sherwood looks better then you all day. Smh
$600+ dollars for one week for NOTHING but free crabs and if ya know then ya know I ain't talkin about food!

A star shouldn’t even be given to them. I booked this hotel because it looked better than the others near by but never again. To begin we first arrvied at 3pm which is check in and we were waiting 30 mins for a room because it was not clean or ready. When we arrive at the room it was dirty and smelly. On one bed it had a yellow stain and the other bed the moment you got on it was super itchy. The hotel was dirty. The bathroom had a stains on the walls and a hole. The tub was dirty and stained. The curtain wasnt clean and neither the toilet! In addition they were false advertising because on the website it said they have an arcade room and a pool( billiard ) room. The front desk guy was like no we don’t have that. Then we checked out at night and I was waiting 20 mins for someone and mind you they were in the other room sleeping. Apart from that the guy had a whole attitude and did not want to give my deposit back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Beware. Sheets had not been changed. Air conditioner extremely noisy. Bathroom needed repairs. Would definitely never go back.

My sister and I got a room that had black mold and the bed board was gross. The door wouldn't close or open without pushing hard. The guy convinced us to stay in another room, the door didn't even have a latch on it. Our card was charged for two nights "pending" they then cancelled the pending charge and changed it to a smaller amount and then attempted to charge 1000$ to the card and an additional night on top of it.
We then received a call that until we paid for the second night (which we were under the impression the close to 300$ we paid the night before was for) they would be holding our stuff hostage. We had to call the police for resolve because they wouldn't give us our belongings. THIS IS BY FAR one of the WORST hotels I've ever been in. I do NOT understand how this hotel is still up and running. It desperately needs an entirely new operations team.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The room I was given was moldy, making it uncomfortable and unhealthy to stay in. The room service was awful, with staff being unresponsive and unhelpful. Additionally, it seemed that every single room had major issues, from faulty air conditioning to dirty bathrooms. To top it all off, the stay was quite pricey for such poor conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and pleasant stay.

Walked in for check in, man at front desk was dripping sweat .. had sweat on his fingers and grabbed my debit card. Gross. Advertises breakfast and pool, neither available. Can’t get a refund to go to a different hotel which completely ruins this night of our vacation because my nephew looked forward to getting to swim. It should be known to customers on the website when things are not going to be available. The room should be discounted as well. $130 for what? A absolute disgusting room, looks like the ceilings are going to cave in due to water damage on them. None of us want to touch anything bc for some reason it was all slimy and wet when we came in and it’s been like that since. Bed comforters were damp. Bathroom toilet literally had poop residue on it , we had to clean it before using. Just a huge disappointment. I would like to add that there were also roaches. Which is just foul. Yall shouldn’t even be open.

Do Not Stay here! I called to get a refund due to the hurricane, it was a long process. The guy at front desk is hateful. He was yelling at me on the phone .

This hotel is filthy and disgusting. No breakfast, no soap, no shampoo, AC is barely alive. Actually the price is horrible considering the state of this facility. The security door stays propped open with a rock. Trash cans are overflowing. The management is not even trying to compete with any other hotels.
Stay anywhere else!
MANAGEMENT: STOP SENDING OUT REGRETFUL RESPONSES IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF IMPROVING YOUR FACILITY. CALL IT WHAT IT IS ... A VISTORS TRAP!

This place was such a disappointment and I wish we read the reviews before coming although Expedia made it look great! Several reviews mentioned suspected trafficking and other sketchy stuff going on here. Right after we arrived I got those feelings too! The hotel was completely filthy. We had unknown liquids all over the floor, bed and fridge. Food crumbs everywhere.. bed unmade. As soon as I checked in not even 10 minutes later I was calling other hotels in the area. On top of that they’re only giving us half a refund. Please stay far from this hotel especially if you have children
