Staff and managers always welcome and greet customers, wait times are not bad the staff work very hard , ( Stocking could be done better i gone there and the same stuff from there truck been out now for nearly 10 days and been trying to get the glass sodas and its been out stock for 3 weeks

They have added more hobby/crafts to their inventory. They could use more help, as I saw only one cashier and lots of inventory on the floor that needed to be put away. Always a nice place to grab inexpensive, decent items.

Decent selection. The store seems to be kind of ‘thrown together’ most of the time but the staff is friendly.

Many items for crafting are available. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is the condition of products on the shelf. It looks like someone just dumped the boxes. It was frustrating.

Dollar Tree store 4047Brought up several after Christmas items for purchase. Was told I could not purchase items as they rang up for 1 cent although they were on the $1.25 rack I was told by the clerk and the manager they don't know why, but the manager said "I'm going to destroy these myself" If a store has a policy that store personnel can't understand, how are the customers supposed to understand? They lost a good sale and I probably won't return to this store location again. I would also suggest store personnel dress appropriately, not in clothes with holes in them.

Honest review of this store! Here it goes! They have a good selection for cheap holiday items. Good selection of cards for all occasions. Best prices on fake flowers. CONS: I went at 11am today. There were 4 to 5 employees. None of them even said Hello and that isn't the issue with todays shopping experience. If you want to feel like a ghost it is a great place to shop. UNTIL you get to the cash register. I just needed to purchase 1 birthday card. It would take a second of someone's time to purchase it. A employee was standing a foot away from me! Didn't acknowledge me! I had my 2 year old with me and he even started to get loud. She looked at me out of the corner of her eye and kept ignoring us. A lady in the room with the cameras was also just sitting there. She was about 5 feet away. If I could have checked out my one item myself I would have. I actually walked out and left the card right there. My 2 year old was screaming as we left. They were like robots. ALL 4 of the women working. Not one even looked at us leaving. What a strange place. ANOTHER CON: I'm not handicap but if you are and have a wheelchair or use a walker I don't think you will be able to fit down the aisles. They have to many things on the floor and its really hard to walk past everything. I did a lot of side shuffles. This was just a horrible experience. Not sure if it will do anything but I'm contacting corporate. Do customers matter at all? Do they want our money? COME ON!

Not enough help. Boxes blocked ailes. Empty shelves due to lack of help. This store is usually on spot not this Friday. Surely not ready for the weekend.
