I was told my Valid NC drivers license couldn't be accepted due to a crack on the bottom of my license. My license was not broken, but did have a faint crack. I was told to go to the DMV for a paper copy. The wait there was several hours, until finally I ran out of time to make it to my appointment out of town. That same NCDL was used at this location, and the new Bern location just last month in the exact same condition with no problem. I've reviewed the contract with enterprise, and nowhere does it inform customers of this policy. Per enterprise policy you must present a valid driver's license. I have confirmed with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol that in its current condition, my driver's license IS valid. Please provide further education and training for your employees, or revise your company policy that is outlined in the contract, as this has caused quite an inconvenience and wasted money for a trip I'm now unable to take.

Katherine Barthal was an amazing rental management assistant. She went far and beyond to ensure I had the vehicle I was comfortable driving. She called me a few times to keep me updated on the status of my rental. If anyone is looking for a car rental, I recommend contacting Enterprise in Havelock NC and speak to any of their representatives. They're all friendly and knowledgeable

1 out of 3 attempts to rent vehicle from this location was successful. If you need a car, try Morehead City instead and maybe... maybe you will have some luck, but frankly they should close this Havelock location, it is just taking up space and wasting peoples' time.

Hot garbage.1. Sign on the door said they would be back at 1:30. They didn't show up until more than an hour later.2. Online inventory isn't maintained. They let me reserve a vehicle and then after waiting for them to get off their extended lunch I found out they didn't even have the vehicle that we had a confirmed reservation for.Either an employee is failing to do what they are paid for or the management is failing altogether.

DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE‼️‼️Worst customer service ever‼️‼️ said they’d be back to 2pm. Didn’t come till later and even if you reserve a car. It’s not guaranteed you’ll get it. They didn’t get back causes they didn’t EXPEXT ANYONE TO SHOW UP TILL 3pm ? laughable horrible service. Enterprise needs to come and check this one out and make some changes. Please leave notes on when you’ll be coming back. This is there excuse of a note with the hours saying they’ll be “back or not”

We had the greatest experience with Enterprise! Keri Hernandez handled our urgent need for a rental car immediately and professional. It was a totally trouble-free experience and made the days we were waiting for our car to be repaired so much less stressful. The communication was great throughout the whole process, greatly appreciated! Keep up the good work ??

Made a reservation on March 6, got there early n my car was waiting!! Customer service was excellent. My agents name was Kathleen and she couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you for all your help and kindness.

Kerri, the customer service representative was awesome. Professional, courteous and friendly. She showed me features of the car and performed a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle. Vehicle return was easy!
