“Havelock Verizon store is the go-to place to buy a phone. They can set you up, answer questions about phones, explain billing, etc. My experience is that personnel will take the time and energy to make sure you have a satisfying visit whether for something simple like paying a bill or complicated, like buying a new phone. Our guy yesterday sure did that.
I have one reservation: Verizon says you can make an appointment. But it is meaningless. If you make an appointment for 11 am, and there are 5 people in front of you, you're going to wait A LONG TIME. I suggest 9 am, or 6 pm.”
