today I overheard a manager by the name of Deb. screaming at a younger employee today! I mean heavily screaming and being very rude and nasty towards the young lady. the young lady was calm and I heard her say, I'm just asking u a question , I'm not trying to fuss.. and that manager continued to scream and scream loudly at her as if she was outside screaming at animals! this is very unacceptable and unprofessional. Murphys' has loss my family and I business. we have been going there since they have been opened here in Havelock NC and I would never think that i'd witness something so harsh, rude and nasty coming from someone with a manager position! I hope that the young lady is okay, because regardless of what's going on, that should have never happened . I will also be making a formal complaint with the corporate office as well. I'm disgusted!

Definitely worth being a regular if you use Walmart+ discount. Staff is standoff-ish best and the inside has a very limited selection of Items.

Needed fuel and a bottle of water but this lady I believe Shannon is her name is the cashier who worked this friday night at around 630. She is rude and down right lazy! Why work at a place where your job is to sell the stores stuff to customers if you have to make up excuses not to sell stuff to customers?? One of the glass doors to the cooler was broken and had a sign that said "door broken do not use" but the water bottles where in that cooler so I asked Shannon how do I get one of those water bottles and rude & short answers "you dont" (with rbf) okaaay (I said?). In that case will you get me a bottle of water? Nope (again short and rude) she said. Why not? I asked "the door is broken" she said "but the walk in door is not broken" I said.She ended up telling me she wasn't going pull me out a bottle of water because if she got one for me than she would have to get one for everyone else (but the store was empty) she also said she wasn't allowed to leave the store un attended ( but there was a male coworker behind the counter) technically she wasn't gonna leave it unattended by walking into the cooler (the cooler has all glass doors so you can see perfectly into the store. It's lazy people like this who have no business serving people. I ended up leaving thirty and amazed at the level of neglect and appreciation Shannon has for her job.

drink machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now. no clue why they haven’t had anyone in to fix it and when you ask one of the many unpleasant old women that work there about it they just grunt at you

Lady accused me of stealing when I was just trying to pay for my gas. RUDE!! And I looked around for an employee for about 5 mins. Still can’t believe you would accuse someone of stealing when you seen me with NOTHING but MONEY in my hand

No restrooms . Walk inside the convenience store and there is a sign over a door that says restrooms. I asked :"We don't have a public restroom "I peed on the side of the building and I won't go back . I wish I could get them to take back the gas I bought. Judging from their level of service and concern for customers they don't need my business.

My wife was going to get groceries and the gas light came on so she decided to try and get gas, the worker closed and locked the door, cut the lights and turned off every pump and didn't undo any of it even when another customer pulled in.
