“So was having a terrible day from just leaving the tax office and had an appointment to get my passport and while standing in line heard a gentlemen saying that getting a passport is a nightmare and he had been going back and forth to get additional information. I thought oh no here we go again with another incident to add to my crappy day. Well I checked in with Tracy and she said she had one person in front of me and for me to wait out in the lobby at the round table. Well she made this visit so smooth and my paperwork was correct and she was a pleasure to work with and made my day better with her pleasant attitude and we even laughed a few times. Terrific to deal with.”
