This post office takes entirely too long to ship things. I reported them to the people overlooking that post office.I was in there yesterday February 21st 2024 @ 9:50 am. This is the second time which is why I am raining a review that I came across the same rude lady. Dark skin woman working at that time was absolutely awful! That footage should be pulled. I ship eggs. She flung my box upside down to ask for a piece of tape on the bottom. That wasn't good enough so she asks for a second piece and flips the box That wasn't good enough she asked for a third piece and flips over the box. Then she asks If I want to buy my own tape. I don't know if it's a common sense thing We're just ignorance. I make sure to tell everyone not to go to this post office! Priority mail took 10 days from the Havelock post office last time I shipped. If I were to ever go again that would be shame on me! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

I went yesterday and had to pay 40 dollars for another mailbox key and they said it would get done by today well here it is today and mail man gone and still mail box key I paid for yesterday still isn't working ..all they did was lie to me just to get my money and not fix my mail box so I can get my mail out

Glad I can come here and get my mail shipped out or trust them to pick up packages from my home. I have a small business so I'm happy that they can do that. I'm unhappy that I had to end up getting a refund for labels I bought and printed.. I blame the service I got them from though, I used Shipstation through PayPal to print my labels and I put everything in correctly address and in the drop down box I selected what box it was. Also I'm unhappy that my mail isn't getting picked up in a timely fashion.. like.. I forgot something in my fiance's Xmas gifts for his family and had to put it in my mailbox with a label again.. I printed and it has yet to be picked up and I'd appreciate it getting there on time before Xmas.. and just in general overall getting mail has been slower than what it was.

Rude woman at front desk didn’t even look up my tracking info, walked into the back for 2 seconds and said my package wasn’t there. Thankfully the gentleman next to her offered to look and was able to find it in all of a minute. The delivery driver had scanned my package as “unable to deliver” and tossed it in a bin in the back, and this is the 3rd time this has happened.

Horrible woman working the counter in Havelock right now. They close retail at 4:45 and hours say 5. She said to call the post master and wouldn’t take my prepaid package.

Seems like im speaking a different language in that USPS location. They just dont understand what im trying to tell them, and they keep responding with the same irrelevant answer. Kind of like conversing in a robocall, except its a real person.

Pretty sure your not supposed to be charged to pick up your own package when the website says "package ready for pickup". They tried charging me 15.95$ to pick up my package. I looked online at USPS information and it's supposed to be a free service.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. They have the most rudest and meanest workers there. You know it's awful when another customer comes up to you and tells you they've had bad experices with the same worker. I have never been to a Postal service as mean and unprofessional as this place. Save yourself the hassle and go out of town.
