I had an exceptional experience this morning at AutoZone in Haw River, NC, thanks to Hunter’s outstanding service. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating both expertise and a genuine willingness to help.
Not only did Hunter take the time to install my new windshield wipers—despite their complexity—but he also resolved an issue I casually mentioned about my car’s cigarette lighter not working, which was preventing me from charging my phone. Without hesitation, he identified the problem, located my vehicle’s interior fuse box (which wasn’t in the typical location), and quickly pulled up a reference to pinpoint the exact fuse that had blown.
With his guidance, I was able to remove the faulty fuse, purchase the correct replacement, and install it properly. After a quick test, my phone charger was working again—problem solved!
Hunter exemplifies exceptional customer service. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to assist far exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate his kindness and expertise, especially after a frustrating morning, including an experience at another store where I was refused help with my wiper blades simply because I hadn't purchased them there.
Hunter, if you ever come across this message—thank you. Your helpful attitude, professionalism, and friendly demeanor turned my entire day around. Your dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful.

I submitted an online order at 10:22 am at 6:30pm when trying to pick up order was informed that some parts where missing from inventory. while I understand that happens as a previous parts sales manager (psm) for another autozone location there was no attempts to contact me to let me know about any discrepancies, or attempts at getting my order together in the 8 hour span between order and attempted pickup. When I asked the psm on duty for the closing shift I was told that it was ordered and I was not contacted before her shift started. While I understand that as well there was no attempts at masking sure daily orders were picked. While trying to ask as to why no attempts where made to contact me or even pull my order (while being talked over the entire time about how she wasn't there so it's not her problem). There was no fault admitted for her or the store, no generic customer service solution offered or we'll try to do better. When I asked for the district managers number I was hung up on. I was however able to get the regional managers number from my time at another autozone and complains have been made. Originally it was just poor store performance overall and not adhering to company policy, quickly turned into a psm telling me there's nothing she can do. While I know that to be true there is something to be said about the management of this store when the basics of customer service isn't being offered or attempts. All questions being met with its not my problem i didn't get here till after.

very clean store very friendly and helpful I would go out my way just to go to this auto zone because these employees no their cars and parts so this is very helpful so I would recommend this location to any one !!!!!
